Welcome to the International Country Music Database^TM! We appreciate you stopping by.

ICMDb is an entertainment and information source for country music fans. Our goal is that ICMDb will be your one-stop source for country music. We provide basic artist information, country music news, tour information, awards artists have won, new release information, artist photos, and other features. We also have artist interviews and CD and concert reviews as well as covering some of the biggest country music events like the CMA Music Festival (Fan Fair).

ICMDb covers the realm of country music from classic artists, to the current hit makers, to up and coming artists. While ICMDb covers the big names in country music, this site is dedicated to supporting and promoting independent and new artists. Many of these artists may not be on Top 40 country radio, but are still putting out great music. We don't care if an artist is playing to 20,000 or 200. If the artist is country, the artist is (or soon will be) in ICMDb.

We're now starting to expand the site to cover the international aspects of country music. Country music may have originated in the United States, but country music has captured the hearts of people around the world.

While we currently have a handful of artists from Canada, Australia, and other parts of the world in the database, a concerted effort to add more international artists is underway. Check back with us often to see who is making country music around the world.

As you've probably figured out, the goals for ICMDb are ambitious. This site is still growing with new content being added each week. Become a registered user and receive updates on your favorite artists, news about new artists, and changes to the site.

The idea for this site grew out of love for music, especially country music. In all its diverse forms, old and new, country music has provided a voice for generations of people all over the world and is not done yet. ICMDb is a way to celebrate the past, present, and future of country music.
